What size dolls do your clothes and accessories fit?
Our products are designed to fit 15–17cm collectible vinyl figures, including bunny-style designer toys. While inspired by the sizing of popular figures, our items are not officially affiliated with any brand.
Do you sell dolls or just outfits/accessories?
We currently sell clothing, accessories, and display items only. Dolls are shown for display purposes and are not included in any purchase unless otherwise stated.
Are your items handmade?
Many of our products are handcrafted or custom-designed, made with attention to detail and quality materials. Check individual product pages for specific craftsmanship notes.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:

Domestic Orders (USA/Canada): 7–14 business days

International Orders: 10–20 business days
Tracking will be provided once your order is processed and shipped.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at info@pufftailwardrobe.com with your order number and reason for return.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, processing may already be underway. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Is your store affiliated with POP MART or Labubu?
No. We are an independent shop that sells clothing and accessories compatible with 15–17cm vinyl art toys. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by POP MART, Kasing Lung, or any related brands.
